2. Services

Movaads provides data-driven mobile LED advertising solutions. Our services include campaign planning, execution, real-time tracking, and post-campaign reporting. The specific deliverables (e.g., granularity of data, access to dashboards) will be defined in the specific service agreement or proposal selected (e.g., Sharing vs. Private packages).

3. Campaign Proposals & Agreements

• All proposals provided by Movaads are non-binding estimates until a formal Agreement or Service Order (SPK) is signed by both parties.
• Campaign schedules are subject to fleet availability and final mutual agreement.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including deposits, milestones, and final settlements, will be explicitly outlined in the service agreement or invoice. Failure to adhere to payment terms may result in the suspension of services or campaign delays.

5. Limitation of Liability

Movaads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. We are not responsible for delays caused by Force Majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, severe weather, civil unrest).

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data on this site are the property of Movaads or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.
